Because,we here at NakedWebTV understand and respect our members, we have  developed a highly detailed privacy policy to both insure our member’s that their privacy is protected while using our site as well as a bit of how NakedWebTV works.  This is the official privacy policy and statement of California privacy rights of NakedWebTV (“Privacy Policy”) and is part of the Agreement members make when signing up to use our services. Any and all terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy shall be defined in the Terms of Use. Our Agreement, including, without limitation, our Terms of Useand this Privacy Policy, is legally binding on all registered members of NakedWebTV.

1.  A Note On Minors and Safety

Children under eighteen (18) or twenty-one (21) years of age, according to the laws in their respective state, are NOT eligible to become a member of NakedWebTV and use our services. We ask for children to not submit information to us. If your use of NakedWebTV is prohibited or restricted in any way by the laws, regulations, or any other governmental requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live or reside, please discontinue using NakedWebTV immediately.

By signing up with or attempting to use NakedWebTV, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) or twenty-one (21) years of age, according to the laws in their respective state, and that you meet all other eligibility requirements for your use of NakedWebTV. 3.  About NakedWebTV And The Information We Collect

NakedWebTV is a FREE online member uploaded video and photo site that provides the tools and communities to help members network and build relationships online.

Like most sites on the internet, while using NakedWebTV and its services, we automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and email addresses. Please not that all video, photo, or any other content upload or posted onto NakedWebTV becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.   

This Privacy Policy governs only the Personal Information (as defined in our Terms of Use) collected by ROX Entertainment, LLC as a result of your registration with NakedWebTV.
 

4.  How Collected Information Is Used

NakedWebTV internally uses our members’ personally identifiable information to improve our marketing, to statistically analyze our site’s usage, to improve our content and product offerings, as well as to customize our site’s content and layout. By collecting this information, we are able to improve out site, and to cater content specifically designed for our members taste, enjoyment, and needs. 

We may also use your personally identifiable information to deliver information to you via banners and promotions that are targeted to your interests as well as periodically sending our members emails, informing them of information updates. Also, we will use personally identifiable information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce Member Agreement when deemed necessary by the NakedWebTV Staff.

5.  The Disclosure Of Collected Information

NakedWebTV DOES NOT buy, sell, or rent any personal identifiable information about you to or from any third party without your permission. However, we do disclose gathered information in aggregate to advertisers and use it for other site marketing and promotional purposes. When disclosing gathered information to advertisers and using it for marking and promotion purposes, we DO NOT disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password and personal account information. 

NakedWebTV cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries and with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights in order to maintain a safe and healthy adult playground and community. Once you have registered as a member of NakedWebTV, you will be able to modify the following information: your photo, gender, birthdate, city, country, state, postal code, status, orientation, height, body type, ethnicity, talents, tagline, about me, turn-on’s, turn-off’s, how would your friends describe you?, favorite place, favorite food, sexual fantasy, and favorite position. To help reduce the risk of any unauthorized access to your account and personal identifiable information, we strongly urge you to change your password periodically and request that you keep your password a secret from all third parties.

Upon registration, all NakedWebTV members are required to provide true, current, complete, and accurate Personal Information wihen requested. We will delete and reject any entry and/or user that we believe in good faith to be false, fraudulent, or in violation of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. As stated in the Terms of Use, we cannot be held responsible for any problems or liability that may arise if you do not not give us accurate, truthful, complete, or up to date information.

7.  Maintain Control Of Your Password

Make sure to keep your password and account information safe and in a secure location.  If you lose control of your account, you will be held accountable for the actions made thru your account. Should your account or password be compromised, seek help here and/or retrieve your password here. As mentioned in the Terms of Use, ROX Entertainment LLC will NEVER disclose your password or account information. You hold all responsibility of your password and account information, so make sure to keep it safe.

8.  Personal Use Of Other Member’s Information

You may not use other member’s information for any of the following purposes: for commercial use, to harass, to spam, and/or to make unlawful threats. NakedWebTV reserves the right to terminate the accounts of those who pervert other member’s information or violate NakedWebTV’s Terms of Use.

9.  Concerning Third Parties

NakedWebTV’s Privacy Policy only applies to and address the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Different rules may apply to 3^rd parties that you choose to disclose your personal information with. We here at NakedWebTV constantly work closely with our partners to ensure that our members have the highest grade of privacy, and encourage our members to ask questions and be hesitant before you disclose your personal information to others.
